Book binding in five steps!

At first you will have to get some things:
1. Cheesecloth ( two pieces at least).
2. Paper sheets (the count depends on how many pages you want in the book)
3. One A4 cardboard sheet (for the book cover. If you take A4 cardboard and A4 paper, then you'll probably gona need to shorten the paper length for some 2 cm at least)
4. Paper glue.
5. You will need some material for cover laying.
6. Something to decorate with.(not necessary)
1. Take the cardboard sheet and equaly cut it into two pieces. (see picture above)
2. Take the paper sheets and fold them horizontaly in the middle.
Put them together (3-5 sheets in one pile) and staple them together in the middle.
3. Smear the cheesecloth with glue.
Take the stapled paper sheets and glue them together with cheesecloth as shown above.
4. Slush the cardboard sheets from one side with the glue.
Take the chosen material and lay the cardboard sheets as shown in the image. Leave a gap in the middle as it will be the folding part (backside of the book)
You can glue a strip of cardboard in the gap to the material to get a hard backside of the book.
Put something heavy on it so that it fixes better.
After a while slash the sorrounding material witlh glue and fold it on the cardboard. Put something heavy on, because it doesn't hold in place at first.
5. After the glue has dried, take two sheets of paper.
Slush both cardboard parts and both sides of the paper pile with glue and stick the paper sheets as shown in the image.
    That's it!

This is what I have made.
